At The Alden Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, removing any old shipping labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
